Mild COVID: There are currently no identified treatments, medications or remedies that cure COVID -19. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med and nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Clinical trials with Remdesivir is a broad-spectrum antiviral medication show some initial positive results.
