Some basics: I believe when the kid has enough communication skills & good behavior for them to understand/comply with your instructions for use they can start these products. They should understand it is a mouthwash & sometimes a gargle but should always be spit out after use. The alcohol content is worrisome if they were ever to swallow these products.
