Pets & COVID: There have been dogs and cats which have tested positive for COVID 19 virus. However, they have not been shown to transmit the disease. Virus may however, remain alive on porous surfaces for a brief time. So there is a very small chance contamination via surface contact with a pet. Please contact your doctor.
