Blood=tissue injury: If it gradually subsides it may self heal. The trauma involved likely hurt your pee hole as well. Sitting in a warm tub or using a heating pad may help healing & the discomfort. If it does not improve over the next 48 hrs get in for an evaluation. Rarely this can lead to a pelvic infection.

Duplex home injury: Your vagina physically lives in a "duplex" home with your urinary opening (urethra) and share a common "wall". As a result, the dildo vaginal injury created the bleeding and due to the presence of the home sharing wall an infection in the urine may be present. (urinary tract infection). See a GYN MD soon for assessment and possible treatment.
