Pain: Abdominal pain common and is associated with growing uterus crowding the abdomen. The expansion can cause pain from diaphragm and simply swelling from abdominal wall muscles. If back pain or fever this would be sign of infection. If pain associated with vaginal bleeding this would be concerning.
