Two issues: Hormonal changes cause breast pain. Your doctor can prescribe a birth control pill the would limit your periods to once a year and that may alleviate this issue. For the pain on intercourse you may try water based lubricant like K-Y jelly to facilitate penetration without excessive friction. Get HPV vaccine Wish you good health!
