It’s possible!: "Walking pneumonia" is a non-medical term which is used for a mild case of pneumonia. This is called atypical pneumonia & is caused by bacteria or viruses; often a common bacterium known as Mycoplasma pneumonia. Walking pneumonia can still make you feel horrible , with cough, fever, chest pain, mild chills, & headache. I wish you well with your health!
