COVID 19: There are currently no identified treatments, medications or remedies that cure COVID -19. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med and nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Clinical trials with Remdesivir is a broad-spectrum antiviral medication show some initial positive results.

Agree with Dr F.: In addition to Remdesivir, trials with convalescent plasma are on-going. While it intuitively makes sense controlled trials do not always bear out things that seem to make sence. Your efforts should be directed at preventing exposure to the virus. Wish you good health!
