Most importantly, get vaccinated and have your family vaccinated and boosted when eligible. Wear a well fitting KN95 or N95 or medical grade surgical mask when in crowds and with people whose vaccination status is unknown. Stay home when ill and practice good hand washing. Get tested if ill with signs of COVID-19 and call your doctor and/or go to the ER if you have trouble breathing.
