I was on yaz for over 5 years to help regulate my menstrual cycle and as a contraceptive. i stopped yaz in october 2019 & i am experiencing extremely irregular periods, i have only had 2 periods since stopping. im not pregnant. what does this mean?

Irregular periods: Please don't blame Yaz, and it's use is not at fault. Unfortunately, your periods were irregular due to irregular ovulation prior to being placed on Yaz and has now reverted back to its' previous state since discontinuance. Your GYN MD needs to determine why when you make an appointment especially if you are contemplating future pregnancy.
