I started experiencing random stabbing pains in both breats last week that comes and goes. today the pain began in my armpit which is more sever and consistent. there are no signs of lumps but the pain is getting worse.

Breast pain: Could be some type of infection, although some type of nipple discharge would be common. Fibrocystic disease a possibiliy. Given pain localizing to armpit could be signs of swollen axillary lymph nodes.
