Hi, i would like to know how to treat a skin condition that i have ... it's not something that i am familiar with they are like white spots on my back that turns red sometimes but they are mostly white circles, also itchy sometimes?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests ringworm. You may over the counter treatment for ringworm. If that does not resolve the issue in a week or so it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
