No: That is not possible, by definition. It would be like asking, "Can I be pregnant and not pregnant at the same time?" They have opposite definitions. Women on hormonal birth control pills who get withdrawal bleeding each cycle are not pregnant. If they stop having withdrawal periods when they should have them, they do a home pregnancy test. There is no need to think about "implantation bleeding."
