Discharge: Until proven otherwise, yellow discharge from the penis indicates infection of the lower urinary tract including the urethra and prostate. I would be concerned about sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or trichomoniiasis. Have you had sexual relationships with a partner whose status you're not sure of? Either way go to a physician or health clinic for diagnosis and treatment
