Anal lump: Anus is the end of your alimentary canal and is a place of transition between the layer of your colon to your skin. The anus is circumscribe by your anal sphincter and is internally defined by the anal colums. Two areas that commonly cause lumps are the venous plexus on the inside of the anus and the external plexus. Both are sources for hemorrhoids. There are glands that can swell too.
