Tooth decay: If enamel of tooth is superficially etched it can be remineralize. If decay has deeply penetrated the enamel and is now damaging the dentin, you can't "fix" this yourself. Neither can you determine the extent of damage without examination & x-rays. Please see your Dentist who can determine the extent of your problem and the appropriate treatment.

Natural Dentistry: There are no natural remedies for restoring a decayed tooth. Once the enamel matrix is sufficiently damaged, it needs to be cleansed and then restored. This can only be accomplished by a dentist.

Tooth decay: You cannot treat tooth decay at home. You need to see a dentist. But you can do a lot to prevent tooth decay. A healthy diet low in sugar, drinking water and not soda, energy drinks or highly acidic or sugary drinks, and good brushing and flossing will be effective in stopping decay from starting.
