Check blood sugar!: When you develop frequent yeast infections, it is important to find out why. See your doc and get checked out. Be sure that you have no problems with your thyroid function or problems regulating your blood sugar that may be causing this. Also get checked for other infections. For now, do not eat meat or dairy products that have hormones or antibiotics in them as these increase human infections.
