I have been having painful sores that leaves a bald spot on my scalp, its more than two months i have been on 3 courses of antibiotics ?

Scalp sores: Infected hair follicles caused by stubborn staphyloccocus bacteria may be the problem. In my experience the most effective treatment is a prolonged course of an antistaph antibiotic like dicloxacillin(if you're not allergic to penicillin). Another possibility is scalp psoriasis or other types of dermatitis instead of infection. A consultation with a dermatologist would be helpful.
