Why ?: Reflux is a natural event enabled by an immature digestive system,frequent feeds & spending most of their time flat (not upright like adults). It tends to increase to a peak frequency at 3-4 mo as they become more active & disappear by a year (they spend more time upright). If it is silent you ignore it. If it triggers problems/pain/etc. there are management tools that can help.
