Prostate issues: There are several medication, but each one have its specific indication. Its important to take a prostatic antigen to check normal values - normally it should be made anually starting at 45 years old, but in your case it would be useful. Then we have to know your "prostate issues"; are you having difficult starting miction, do you have pain during your miction?. I recommend, go with an urologist.
