Vaginal bleeding ?'s: If you are not on oral bcp's, ovulation followed by implantation will cause initially scant blood to show, and later, pregnancy implantation could cause another episode of "slight" bleeding. Wait about 7-10 days if pregnancy is possible, and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
