Testicular swelling: Follow up with doctor. May be infection-orchitis/epididymitis for which you need antibiotics ,hydrocele ( just fluid usually benign) varicocele -whihc may need treatment or a mass -tumor. May need antibiotics or ultrasound F/u/ w/ MD
