My baby went for his 6 week vaccinations, we gave him 2ml panado around 18:30. it is now 00:02 and he has a fever of 38,2 and not dropping. should i be worried?

No: With such a minor temperature elevation I would suspect his system is just responding normally to the vaccines. I would not give more med or loose any sleep over the matter. The reaction should pass in 48-72 hrs.
