A member asked:

My cycle this month was late, shorter and lighter than normal but the pregnancy test was negative. this week is my ovulation week and i have light cramping and bleeding which is not normal for me. could i still be pregnant with a false negative?

Blood test: It does not appear likely that you are pregnant, however a blood test for HCG level should settle the issue. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine
