At what point would high blood pressure be a problem? im 20 and im trying to go on birth control but they told me about this. i took my blood pressure at home for the past 3 days watching and both yesterday and today it was very high. 135/96 130/98

Depends: If this is an accurate reflection of your BP you should seek an evaluation of potential causes & treatment. The upper number is not so bad but the lower number is in the treatment range. Consider a copper IUD/condoms or other non hormonal BC methods unless this turns out to be a faulty home monitor (it happens).
