Doctor can evaluate: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, is not pregnant, and is normally in good health, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually has fever), gall stones, pancreatitis, constipation (crampy), stomach flu virus, twisted bowel, etc... A person with bad pains needs a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not a dangerous condition like appendicitis, which usually needs surgery.
