Question vague, but: Many people get shoulder, neck, or head aches at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Over-the-counter temporary relievers include Tylenol, Motrin or Advil, Aleve, etc... Bad or increasing pain, recurrent or persistent pain, weird pain, or with other worrisome symptoms should be checked by a doctor sooner.
