Question vague, and: Only 7 words? Chest pain in his late-20's can be an emergency, depending on details. Often, an ER doctor needs to evaluate. An ambulance can provide oxygen and monitoring on the way to the ER. The doctors will rule out asthma, myocarditis, pneumothorax (collapsed lung), etc... If it turns out to be rib cartilage pains (costochondritis) or heartburn (gastric reflux), that can be treated too.
