Follow Dr.'s guide: Since it is essentially 38 weeks, labor may begin and the baby will be born. One's doctor most likely already shared his guide on what to do and who to call when the water breaks, when contractions begin, etc... If unsure, the Labor and Delivery ward nurses can give advice on when to go to the hospital. Sometimes, the water breaks but labor doesn't start. The doctor will want to follow-up on that.
