Bleeding: Sources for bleeding in first trimester of pregnancy can be cervical (cervicitis or endocervical bleeding), uterine like fibroid or subchorionic hemorrhage. Miscarriage is s possibility, but usually associated with cramping. You should report the bleeding to your provider.
