Pregnancy ?'s: A "chemical pregnancy" usually refers to a positive pregnancy test, and bleeding as described may indicate a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic) with "cramping and sore breasts". Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy and if positive, see your gyn physician as soon as possible.
