Doctor can help: One's primary care doctor plus a psychologist can help in such cases. There are many wonderful reasons to get pregnant and have children in a natural way. However, feelings of "I need to have a baby so badly" with "it is a matter of life or death" are not on that list of reasons. In these types of situations, something is amiss and one's primary care doctor wants to evaluate such feelings.
