May be hard to do: The medical specialist to ask would be an addiction specialist, or maybe a lab pathologist, in one's local area. Drug tests look for opiates, which are a variety of legal and illegal drugs. If a screening test is positive, a second test is done (such as gas chromatography on the sample). It's positive only if the second test is positive. In life, it is hard to prove a person did NOT do something.
