can taking a margarita effect me while i am taking birth control pill lessina ?

Depends on details: Margarita ingredients (including ethanol, which is toxic to living cells) typically don't interact in a worrisome manner with hormones in birth control pills. Whether a woman is super-sensitive to alcoholic drinks or to margaritas specifically, and causes her to vomit up her pill or causes her to be "under the influence" and forget to take her pill... that's another story.
