I have this terrible headache, through my left eye and nose. even adco-dol is not helping. should i be worried?

Possibly: It depends upon whether there is gradual lessening of the headache and no other symptoms of vomiting, visual disturbances, fever but have symptoms consistent with a sinus infection for which an antibiotic may be prescribed by your MD if you call him/her. Can be tension headache. However if the headache is severe or worsening and those other symptoms are present, go to the hospital emergency room.
