If theres no male test for hpv how will one know if his body has completely gotten rid of the virus ?

Everyone should be vaccinated who qualifies for the vaccine (that solves most of the problem). Then, people at high risk for HPV cancers or warts can get periodic exams. For men, there are visual exams, but not a screening lab test in the US.
