Rash: common causes for rash would include contact dermatitis poison ivy poison oak eczema. sometimes dry skin can be a source for itchiness even without being raised. Other possibilities would be some type of a histamine response sun exposure or perhaps some other type of chemical irritant either topically or ingested.
