No need for testing: HPV is sexually transmitted and acquired, almost entirely by intercourse, rarely by oral sex or hand-genital contact. Therefore virgins rarely have HIV and there is no need for testing. (I'm an STD and HPV expert but not a gynecologist.) You can be vaccinated to prevent infection with the HPV types that cause most health problems.
