Lichen planus: Lichen planus is an autoimmune process. Treatment typically consists of topical steroid or oral steroid. Acitretin (oral retinoid) has been used. Inralesional Kenalog effective and Narrow band UVB therapy may be of benefit. Given autoimmune nature looking IgG food allergy testing may be of help
