Even sports are fine: In the first 2 months of pregnancy, an embryo is nonexistent to tiny, so physical activities and getting bounced around should have no effect. Later in a healthy pregnancy, mild to moderate exercise also does not make the pregnancy any more or any less successful. Thus, women can easily enjoy sports in the first trimester (later in pregnancy, they have larger changes in bodily weight and balance).
