Genital odor ?'s: An odor from the vaginal area may indicate infection. Constant nausea plus bleeding for one month straight may indicate pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). Obtain a serum HCG to be certain about pregnancy, and see your gyn physician for an exam to treat the possible infection. If the HCG is positive, see your gyn immediately.
