Doctor can examine: A skin bump, pimple, scratch, mole, etc..., that is or turned into a red mark on a breast can be checked by a primary care doctor or a dermatologist. A doctor may be able to tell whether the lesion is serious or not. Rashes are hard to describe in words. A diagnosis needs an examination. If the doctor thinks maybe something inside the breast is causing the mark, it could be more serious.
