Rash vs. no rash...: If a rash, they are hard to describe in words. A primary care doctor or dermatology doctor can look at a genitals rash in order to tell what it is. If it is eczema, hydrocortisone cream helps. If fungal, an antifungal cream helps. If bacterial, antibiotic pills or cream is needed. If viral or some other infection, other treatments can help. In-person exam is best but video exam sometimes works.
