Doctor can evaluate: For bumps on the penis, a primary care doctor, a urologist, or a dermatologist can evaluate to see what they might be. Bumps can be normal features, trapped skin cells, trapped oily secretions, warts from HPV, etc... A close examination should be able to tell if there is a problem or not. An in-person exam is best, but an online consultation with good photos or video may be adequate.
