Vaginal infection: Any unexplained vaginal discharge reqires professional evaluation, as do genital area pustules. Maybe an infection related to your surgery. If symptoms started after you resumed sex, it could be newly acquired genital herpes (depending on past herpes, STD risks, etc). Get care ASAP, preferably the doc who did the surgery -- the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
