I'm 10 weeks pregnant and have been craving polony is it safe to eat polony during pregnancy?

Don't think so...: Polony (South African bologna, UK bologna) is a processed meat and thus has some undesired chemicals. Of course, the chemicals are part of the curing or byproducts of the curing that renders the meat safe from food poisoning. That said, Listeria bacteria contamination can still happen sometimes. Probably best to avoid Polony and other processed meats.
