"Runny stomach" ?: Assuming you are 18 weeks pregnant with diarrhea, ask your OB physician for Lo-motil, which will provide relief from the diarrhea. If this does not relieve the overactive intestinal disturbance, you may require culture to see if the diarrhea is from an infectious process.
