Milk thistle ?'s: Milk thistle is not going to interfere with the use of even low dose bcp's. If there were interference, you would experience spotting or bleeding, so if you have taken the active pills punctually (within the hour of the previous active pill) and no bleeding has occurred, you can rely on about 99% effective birth control.
