Very soon: Not too keen on top doxy, would rather use combination of clindamycin/ benzoyl peroxide, which is already available by Rx. Advise to see dermatologist for further assistance

Doxycycline: Here is a list of topical acne medications .Doxycycline is used in low dose orally for acne but not topically. Clindamycin and erythromycin are the most common topical agents ( if not allergic) . https://www.drugs.com/drug-class/topical-acne-agents.html
