Lactating : Lactating without pregnancy may be related to over stimulating the nipples like during fore play. It can also be related to elevated prolactin levels from a pituitary injury or tumor. You can get pituitary injury from head trauma/TBI. Please seek medical evaluation from your PCP and get lab work and possible MRI or CT of the head.
